THURSDAY AUGUST 3RD, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
FRIDAY AUGUST 4TH, 4:00 p.m. to Midnight
SATURDAY AUGUST 5TH, 7:00 a.m. to Midnight
*We understand that some vendors may need to close down their booths for the evening earlier than Midnight on Friday or Saturday.

IMPORTANT CHANGES PLEASE READ
Over the past years Moxee Hop Festival has really grown and to be sure it continues to be a great event we need to enforce our rules and regulations. These regulations have always been part of the application but we have some structural changes to the park with new permanent fencing that will impact your entry and exit. Failure to adhere to the regulations may result in vendors not allowed in the park, asked to leave, or not invited back the following year. We really want to be easy to partner with but we need your help so please read the fine details of your contract/application before you commit. If you have any questions please contact vendor chairs or any member of the EVCEA Board.
*NEW AND IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR THIS YEAR: Permanent fencing has been set up all along the park parameter. This will change your entry and exit options. The ONLY time that ANY moving vehicle(s) will be allowed in the park will be as follows:
Thursday, August 3rd (MOVING VEHICLES ALLOWED BEFORE 2:00pm ONLY) this is initial set-up and event day one.
Thursday, August 3rd (this will actually be at MIDNIGHT until 2:30pm on Friday, August 4th)
Friday night August 4th (this will actually be Saturday Morning August 5th starting at 1:30am until 10:00am Saturday, August 5th)
Saturday Night August 5th (this will actually be Sunday Morning August 6th starting at 1:30am and all day Sunday for clean-up)
No moving vehicles will be allowed in the park unless during the designated bold times above.
All vendors must check-in at the “check-in booth” before setting up in the park. FULL BOOTH PAYMENT MUST BE PAID ON-SITE, UPON CHECK-IN. The deadline for receiving all paperwork and submitting your non-refundable deposit is Friday, July 14th, 2023. After this date, there will be a late registration fee. All vendors must provide a filled out and signed application, 2 copies of liability insurance that you are responsible for attaining, a complete list of items to be sold as much as possible, and your prices. You will only be allowed to sell the items you have listed and that have been approved to be fair to all on-site vendors. Vendors will not be allowed in the park until your application is submitted in full.
Vehicles are not allowed in the park during open hours to ensure safety for the pedestrians in the park (especially children). Vendors may close their booths at any time if you absolutely have to, but may not bring their vehicles in the park to load until the designated drive in times allow. Security is in the park every night so vendors may come back Sunday morning to tear down their booths.
The Moxee Hop Festival committee works very hard to provide a clean environment for our vendors. We ask that our vendors do the same for us. Sunday morning exit can be a bit chaotic and with the addition of garbage left at vendor sites we ask that you help please clean up your area every day and especially when you depart. There are dumpsters in the park for your garbage. One is located by the pool house/bathrooms and the other is by the Beer Garden.
Our application deadline is Friday, July 14th, 2023. Please submit your application as early as possible to ensure on-site placement availability. If you are a new vendor to the Moxee Hop Festival, welcome! Please contact the Craft or Food Chair for any questions and/or comments.
All on-site vendors must be pre-approved. Sending the application does not guarantee approval! We are trying to avoid duplicate vendors. Your fee will be returned if not approved.
