2022 MOXEE HOP FESTIVAL

SATURDAY AUGUST 6TH, 7:00 a.m. to Midnight

IMPORTANT CHANGES PLEASE READ

Over the past years the Hop Festival has really grown; to be sure it continues to be a great event it has been decided that we need to enforce our rules and regulations.  These regulations have always been part of the application but not enforced. Starting this year failure to adhere to the regulations may result in vendors not allowed in the park, asked to leave, or not invited back the following year.  So be sure to read this page and the contract/application before you sign it.  If you have any questions please contact vendor chairs or any member of the EVCEA Board.

REGULATIONS

ll vendors must check-in at the “check-in booth” before setting up in the park. FULL BOOTH PAYMENT MUST BE PAID ON-SITE, UPON CHECK-IN.  The deadline for receiving all paperwork and non-refundable deposit is Friday, July 15th, 2022. All vendors must provide a filled out and signed application, 2 copies of liability insurance, a complete list of items to be sold, and the prices. You will only be allowed to sell the items you have listed and have been approved. Food Concession Please review the application for the non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot.  Applications should be mailed in by Friday, July 15th, 2022. Vendors will not be allowed in the park until these items are provided.

Due to the contract we have with Pepsi, vendors may not sell any Coca-Cola products. 

You may not sell POWERADE, DASANI WATER, COKE, PIBB, HI-C, NESTEA, FANTA, SPRITE, or any other Coca-Cola product.

 

Vehicles are not allowed in the park during open hours to ensure safety for the pedestrians in the park (especially children). Vendors may close their booths at any time, but may not bring their vehicles in the park to load until the festival closes (when the Beer Garden closes). Security is in the park every night so vendors may come back Sunday morning to tear down their booths.

The Moxee Hop Festival committee works very hard to provide a clean environment for our vendors. So we ask that our vendors do the same for us. Sunday mornings are a mess with the garbage left at vendor sites so we ask that you please clean up your area when you depart as much as possible.  There are two dumpsters still in the park on Sunday.  One is located by the pool house/bathrooms and the other is by the Beer Garden.   

 

Deadline of Friday, July 15th, 2022, for applications will be enforced this year to ensure on-site placement availability.  Please send your application by mail to the following appropriate Food or Craft/Miscellaneous Vendor chair or contact them directly for any questions you may have:

If you are a new vendor to the Hop Festival, welcome! Please contact the Craft or Food Chair for any questions and/or comments. 

 

All vendors must be pre-approved. Sending the application does not guarantee approval! We are trying to avoid duplicate vendors. Your fee will be returned if not approved.
