First Annual BAR-BQUE Cook Off

SATURDAY, AUGUST 8th 2009

  • Entrants will be cooking one beef brisket, one slab of ribs or one pot of beans.
  • Cooking will be from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM.
  • Judging will be by a panel and by the public from 3:30PM until 4:30PM
  • The food will not be sold. The public may vote for the People's Choice  by purchased tickets.
  • Winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded at 5:00 PM
  • Late flash: Ignore the deadline on the form - come and participate!
